Ted has over 20 years experience in stormwater management and specialty water resources design including many challenging retrofit and repair projects. The owner of the engineering firm, T.E. Scott + Associates, Inc., Ted started Stormwater Maintenance, LLC in response to the need for owners and managers of stormwater management facilities to have a resource dedicated to stormwater management inspection, design, maintenance and repairs.
