For owners and their property managers, inspections are the first step to establishing the overall condition and the maintenance requirements of stormwater infrastructure. It is important to evaluate maintenance needs and facility condition prior to commencing maintenance to avoid wasting resources and money.

For municipalities, inspections ensure stormwater facilities remain in acceptable condition and are properly maintained in accordance with regulations, permit requirements, and previous owner committments.

For owners and their property managers
Stormwater Maintenance, LLC (SWM, LLC) offers both annual maintenance contracts that include inspections and inspection-only contracts.  Our system of reporting site conditions with select photo documentation informs our clients of exactly what is needed.  All information remains confidential.  These owner-representation inspections position our clients to make their own decisions on what work to do and when – instead of reacting to short-fuse municipal Notice of Violation (NOV) letters.  We look beyond needless technical jargon and complicated analysis.  Instead, we focus on the practical aspects of managing infrastructure.
